SEAS THE DAY

Ocean Rowing Team

UPCOMING EXPEDITIONS

the great pacific escapade

In Spring 2025, the team will take on their biggest challenge yet: 8000 miles of Pacific ocean. Leaving from Peru, South America, the team will row continuously until they reach the shores of Australia. Rowing up to 15 hours a day, the voyage could take around 6 months. When not rowing, we’ll be sleeping or eating, requiring approximately 5000 calories a day to fuel.

SEAS THE DAY’S Mission

Seas the Day is an ocean rowing team born out of a passion for adventure and a love for the ocean.

Why ocean rowing?

Because it is so much more than just a sporting challenge. It is an adventure to the truest extent of the word. It encapsulates the very essence of adventure, the spirit of daring exploration, resilience, and the pursuit of personal growth.

We are driven by the belief that life should be lived to the fullest, and our rowing endeavours epitomise this philosophy. By embracing the challenges of the open ocean, we encourage others to embrace their own personal challenges and discover the limitless possibilities that lie beyond their comfort zones.

With fierce minds, brave hearts and free spirits the team will navigate the vast expanse of the ocean. They thrive on the thrill of exploration, and look forward to journeying beyond familiar shores to discover the wonders that await in the vast unknown.
